This blog is dedicated to my new nutrition and fitness regimen. That I vow to do and restore the new and better me. I have been very busy with my life and have been lousy with my health. I weigh 170 lbs and would like to tip the scale of 110 lbs before the year ends.. This blog will account everything from my daily activities to my food intake.

Hopefully, i would reap results not only with my physical self but also to bring back again my self esteem, my self confidence in starting again to know and do with what i want in my life. Make all the things that i screwed in my life right and live a full life without any worries especially in my monetary aspect of life. Reassess my life's path not only to grow as a person but as a partner to my husband and mother to my kids.

I remember a quote saying that we can't change our past and make a new beginning but we all could change the present and make a new and happy ending :)
